We aim to charge you as little as possible for delivery of our products, whilst not scrimping on service. We ship almost all items by courier which will require a signature on completion of delivery. All time scales are based on orders placed and cleared funds being confirmed. Please note all delivery details are for INDIA ONLY
Standard Delivery (1-2 Working Days) – Rs.550
Our faster delivery service is 1-2 working days, please note this is not a “next day service”. If you place your order before 2pm then we will despatch your goods the next business day – all of our orders go through a pre-delivery inspection as well as loading the appropriate software and therefore we are not able to offer a next day service. We will ship all orders as fast as possible without compromising on quality. Orders placed over weekends or bank holidays are processed the next business day (i.e. orders placed Friday night will be delivered on Tuesday/Wednesday.

Free Delivery (3-5 Working Days)
We offer a free delivery but it is a little slower and we reserve the right to delivery within the five working days, we cannot speed this up once your order is placed. If you order is urgent do not use this method.
You will receive an email on the afternoon of despatch, so you know your order is due the following working day. For items sent with BLUE DART we will include a tracking number which on the morning of delivery (usually by 11.30am) will give you a 1 hour delivery period – so you won’t have to wait in all day!
We will despatch as quickly as possible (within your chosen delivery period) in all cases.
We deliver all items by the most suitable method available for the order, from Bluedart Courier (depending on the value and size of the unit). Please note that for large orders we may use a “pallet courier” on a much larger lorry and the equipment will be palletised – if you are not able to accept courier deliveries please contact us.
All laptop and desktops will be sent via a courier and will require a signature – you will need to be at the delivery address.
Almost all of our deliveries between 8am and 5.30pm and we cannot specify a delivery time slot at the point of order.
Do you only deliver to the card holder’s address?
If you have a PayPal account or pay by bank transfer you can use altenative addresses as your delivery address.
Credit/Debit Card transactions we will only deliver to the card holder’s address, this is to ensure that security of the card holder and of course us as a company. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any order that does not comply with our security procedure, where funds have been taken you will receive a refund as soon as possible.
We will look to deliver to an alternate delivery address provided it is a verifiable business address. We may carry out further security checks on this type of order; again orders attempted to alternative addresses are subject to cancellation without notice.
We do not deliver to other residential addresses other than the registered card holder address.
Please note that is your card issuer’s responsibility to ensure that your details are up to date. If you have moved recently this may affect verification.

Who will deliver my goods and when will they arrive?
We use Blue Dartl services; however it is possible that another courier company will be used.
The couriers work Monday to Friday between 8am and 5.30pm.
We cannot specify a delivery time however we will email you a tracking number wherever possible.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders that are placed on EXPRESS delivery before 2pm on a working/business day that pass our security checks and are in stock are usually dispatched the same day.
Nearly all deliveries arrive within two working days, but often arrive quicker than this. We cannot specify a delivery time but if you have not received your goods within three working days please contact customer services by email and we will track the delivery for you.
What if I am not at home to accept the delivery?
The courier will attempt two deliveries on consecutive working days. We cannot authorise any further delivery attempts. If you are not available to accept the delivery you may collect it from the local depot for up to 5 days, following which it will be returned to us. If goods are not collected the delivery charge will not be refunded.
